Thank you for enrolling in the PeaceWalker OS Coaching Program. This agreement outlines what is included in the program and the expectations of both the participant and PeaceWalker.

Program Includes

Your enrollment in PeaceWalker OS includes:

  • A 6-week online preparation course.

  • Eight (8) weeks of live group coaching.

  • Weekly Zoom coaching calls on Thursdays at 4:30 PM Eastern Time beginning August 20, 2026.

  • Access to recordings of all live coaching sessions.

  • The ability to submit questions by email if you are unable to attend a live session.

  • One-on-one coaching support via the Marco Polo app throughout the program.

  • Access to the private PeaceWalker OS online community and course platform.

  • Two (2) full-day, in-person Capstone Training experiences (dates and location will be provided separately).

Tuition

The tuition for PeaceWalker OS is $1,200 USD.

Refund Policy

Because PeaceWalker OS is a small-group coaching program and enrollment reserves a limited space in the cohort, all tuition payments are non-refundable.

If PeaceWalker cancels the program before it begins, participants may choose either a full refund or a transfer of their tuition to a future PeaceWalker OS cohort.

Participant Expectations

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Participate respectfully and professionally with fellow participants.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of personal information shared by other participants.

  • Complete the lessons and exercises to the best of your ability.

  • Take responsibility for applying the concepts taught during the program.

Confidentiality

One of the greatest strengths of PeaceWalker OS is the trust that develops within the group.

Participants may choose to share personal experiences, challenges, and successes during coaching sessions or the Capstone experience. By participating, you agree to respect the privacy of fellow participants by keeping their personal stories and identifying information confidential unless they have given you permission to share them.

This commitment helps create an environment where everyone can learn honestly and openly.

Course Materials & Intellectual Property

All videos, written materials, handouts, worksheets, recordings, graphics, presentations, and other course content are the exclusive intellectual property of PeaceWalker and Craig Gray unless otherwise noted.

Enrollment in PeaceWalker OS grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use these materials solely for your own educational purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Record any live coaching sessions without prior written permission.

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, upload, or publish any PeaceWalker materials.

  • Provide non-participants access to the course, recordings, or member resources.

  • Use PeaceWalker materials to teach, market, or create competing programs without written permission.

Media

From time to time, PeaceWalker may photograph or record portions of live coaching sessions or in-person training for educational, promotional, or archival purposes.

By participating in PeaceWalker OS, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or video recordings captured during the program. PeaceWalker will make every reasonable effort to use such media respectfully and in a manner consistent with the mission and values of the organization.

If you have a privacy concern or do not wish to appear in photographs or promotional media, please notify PeaceWalker in writing prior to the beginning of the program, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.

Physical Training

The in-person Capstone Training includes practical, movement-based exercises. Prior to participating in the Capstone experience, each participant will be required to review and sign a separate Physical Activity Waiver and Release of Liability.

PeaceWalker OS is an educational and coaching program intended to develop communication, leadership, conflict management, and personal growth skills.

It is not psychotherapy, counseling, legal advice, medical treatment, or crisis intervention, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional services.

Participant Commitment

By enrolling in PeaceWalker OS, I acknowledge that lasting growth comes through participation and practice. I commit to showing up with an open mind, treating fellow participants with respect, maintaining confidentiality, and taking responsibility for my own learning and development.

Agreement

By submitting payment and participating in PeaceWalker OS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Participant Agreement.
